- Reports to: Senior Regional Brand Manager Balkan, EastMed, CIS
- Type: Temporary, 4 months
- 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to join our Balkan & EastMed Marketing team.
You will play a key role in growing our Early Life Nutrition category across the region and will be responsible for the brand management of Aptamil, Nutrilon and Bebelac.
This role is dynamic and covers 2 regions of 10+ countries, operating through a distributor-led model, requiring strong cross‑market coordination, clarity in execution, and a highly collaborative mindset.
You will translate brand strategy into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑channel campaigns, and support high‑impact projects across multiple markets. You will be the engine behind brand execution, ensuring digital, BLT / ATL, and distributor activations land with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategic Planning
- Track and interpret consumer trends, competitor activities, and market insights across Both the Balkan and EastMed regions.
- Analyze brand performance (sales, share, pricing) and identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in strategic planning, including innovation pipelines, brand communication, and channel strategy.
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects: Market analysis, concept development, claims alignment, creative assets, GTM planning, Product launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure smooth cross-functional alignment.
- Develop market growth strategy, short & long term planning, Support with budget planning and follow excellence in execution.
- Co-Lead CAT strategy and execution for both regions.
- Produce competitor and category reports that translate insights into clear actionable recommendations.
- Conduct Market research and consumer tracker research to identify new opportunities and improve and fine-tune specific market insights that can be translated to growth.
Campaign & Activation Execution
- Coordinate execution of ATL, BTL, digital, social media platform, influencer, OOH and TV campaigns.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams (Sales, Digital, Medical, Regulatory) to deliver integrated activations.
- Partner with distributors on local implementation and measurement of campaigns.
- Manage cross-channel assets, ensure proper localization, and maintain brand consistency for both our local and global brands.
Digital & Social Execution
- Own the social media content calendar for short-term and long-term brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital team on new tools, engagement strategies, A/B testing, and optimisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and leverage them to innovate brand communications.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Navigate a complex organizational matrix, aligning with global, regional, and local teams.
- Manage our partners' relations in each market, for both the Balkan Region and Eastmed (Israel + Cyprus) with the local teams.
- Coordinate cross-border stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with media, creative, and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Maintain budget trackers, campaign reporting, and documentation.
About You
- 3-6 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencers, social media, and multi-channel execution.
- Demonstrated experience in ATL/BTL campaign development and excellence in marketing execution.
- Proven ability to work on innovation/rennovation projects (project management, claims, packaging, GTM).
- Experience working with agencies and coordinating multi-market projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Fluency in English is a Must, Fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
