Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO for a temporary position supporting major project initiatives across the Mars portfolio focus on Petcare. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the successful delivery of key innovation projects within the team. The candidate should have high levels of ownership and collaborate well with multiple stakeholder from different disciplines globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple cross‑functional workstreams across innovation initiatives.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, and integrated timelines.
• Proactively track progress against deadlines and call out delays, risks, and required support early.
• Establish and maintain robust PMO governance, cadence, and standards.
• Ensure decisions, actions, and commitments are clearly documented and followed through.
• Act as a central point of coordination between diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate project forums, steerco meetings, and regular checkpoints.
• Communicate confidently and transparently, including when raising challenges or escalations.
• Support teams by clearly articulating expectations, priorities, and next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a PMO, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead role within complex, cross‑functional environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Project management tools for creating professional and impactful presentations and drive decisions
• Previous experience in Healthcare, CPG, and/or Retail environments is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting innovation, digital, or transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
