💡 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage demand, supply, and inventory plans to ensure optimal product availability
• Collaborate with commercial, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply with business needs
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand trends, and supply risks, and propose proactive solutions
• Drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and cross-functional coordination
• Optimize inventory levels, balancing service levels with cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data accuracy, reporting, and planning
• Troubleshoot supply issues and ensure continuity of operations

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in supply chain planning / demand planning / supply planning
• Background in Pharma, Medical Device, or FMCG industries (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
