What You'll Do
- Drive sales performance and territory growth by promoting medical device products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and regulatory teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates
- Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales within the medical device industry (open to all therapeutic areas)
- Strong understanding of hospital environments and clinical stakeholders
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
