Senior Structural Engineer (Industry)
Are you ready to leverage your expertise to help shape complex industrial projects for international clients? In this role, you will work on challenging and innovative projects within a leading global engineering and consultancy environment.
Based in the Eindhoven region, you will be involved in the design and realization of high-tech production facilities, R&D centers, and sustainable industrial buildings. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on coordinating or project leadership roles within multidisciplinary teams.

What will you do?
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will independently handle complex technical challenges and contribute to the design and development of structural solutions.
Your responsibilities include:

• Performing structural calculations for steel, concrete, and timber structures
• Addressing and elaborating technical queries from clients
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on structural design
• Monitoring quality, progress, and budget within your scope of work
• Reviewing calculations and drawings from colleagues and third partie
• Maintaining proper project documentation and administration

You will work on projects for leading clients across industries such as industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and R&D. Together with multidisciplinary teams-including experts in architecture, structural engineering, building services, and process engineering-you will contribute to future-proof and sustainable facilities. Innovation areas such as digitalization and parametric design play an important role in the projects.

What do you bring?
You are an experienced structural engineer who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. You are comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments and able to translate complex challenges into practical, safe, and future-ready solutions.

In addition, you have:

• A Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Work experience in the Netherlands (knock out criteria)
• At least 8 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment
• Experience with structural analysis software such as SCIA Engineer or RFEM
• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
• The ability to mentor colleagues and share knowledge within the team
