Senior Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for improving the safety, reliability, and availability of our production and utility assets. You develop and implement reliability strategies and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance.

What will you do?

- Develop and execute reliability programs (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis)
- Analyze failures and lead root cause analyses
- Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Define and monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
- Contribute to design, commissioning, and Asset Lifecycle Management
- Identify and mitigate risks (single points of failure, spare parts, obsolescence)
- Coach engineers and promote reliability best practices

What do you bring?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
- 5-8+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management
- Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo)
- Strong analytical skills, safety awareness, and communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
