• Lead the Strategic Operations function supporting new product development projects.
• Oversee end-to-end quality activities from pre-submission through product launch and operational handover.
• Direct quality strategy, priorities, resource allocation, and cross-functional project execution.
• Manage GMP compliance readiness, regulatory inspections, AFM activities, and quality documentation.
• Guide preparation and review of quality agreements, product specifications, analytical transfers, and validation activities.
• Evaluate quality risks and lead decisions related to change controls, deviations, testing, and specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, global quality teams, and development stakeholders.
• Drive organizational capability building through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure successful execution of launch readiness activities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, GMP/GQP, CMC, and regulatory-related activities.
• Proven experience leading quality activities from development through commercialization.
• Experience managing multiple projects and making strategic decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across manufacturing sites, global teams, and cross-functional functions.
• Experience assessing quality risks and driving business-critical decisions.
• Licensed Pharmacist qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a scientific discipline, pharmacy, or related field.

• Experience leading new product introductions and technology transfers.
• Experience managing global quality projects.
• Knowledge of GMP inspections, AFM, quality agreements, stability studies, and transportation validation.
• People management and talent development experience.
• Advanced communication experience with global stakeholders.
