Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and actively manage comprehensive project schedules to support program milestones and regulatory timelines.

* Drive timeline adherence and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

* Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, documentation of detailed notes, and follow-up tracking.

* Partner with internal stakeholders across R&D, regulatory, clinical, supply chain, and quality teams.

* Collaborate closely with third-party vendors and suppliers, particularly in relation to scheduling, deliverables, and integration into the overall project plan.

* Serve as the primary PM for the device component, ensuring alignment with broader clinical and drug-focused workstreams.

* Support acceleration efforts to meet aggressive milestones, including CE Mark submission timelines.

* Ensure clear communication and reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and key decisions.
