Project Manager - Supply Chain PMO

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the Supply Chain PMO team. This role is focused on execution at the subsystem level and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can independently drive project deliverables under the direction of a senior Program Manager.

The Project Manager will own execution activities for specific subsystem releases and support cross-functional coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, planning, and delivery functions. This is not a senior strategic PM role - we are specifically seeking strong executors who can keep projects on track, manage timelines, and drive completion with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution for subsystem-level project releases within the Supply Chain PMO organization
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Execute projects under the direction of a Program Manager with limited handholding
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project and Gantt charts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
• Quality
• Manufacturing
• Sourcing
• Planning
• Delivery / Logistics
• Engineering
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launch activities for their subsystem
• Drive execution readiness for manufacturing and supply chain initiatives
• Track action items, escalations, and project health metrics
• Apply Agile project management methodologies where appropriate
• Ensure projects align with regulatory and operational requirements within a regulated industry environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Experience supporting:
• New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Product launches
• Manufacturing operations
• Experience managing complex capital equipment or systems - MUST
• Strong execution and coordination skills at the subsystem/workstream level
• Ability to take direction from senior PM leadership while independently driving deliverables
• Proficiency with:
• Agile methodologies
• Microsoft Project
• Gantt chart management
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred, but not Required Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience with:
• Site transfer projects
• Technology transfer initiatives
• Site expansion programs
