We are seeking a Contract Analyst to support the Trade Program Solutions team with the negotiation, execution, and administration of wholesale contracts, primarily Distribution Services Agreements (DSAs) and related amendments. This hybrid role is based in Mettawa, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage DSA contracts from intake through execution, including document preparation, review, approvals, and signature collection.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and escalating non-standard terms as needed.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Market Access Trade, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues.
  • Maintain Standard Terms & Conditions and ensure accurate contract documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Review and finalize industry forms and contract-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting processes and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contracting, contract administration, procurement, finance, or a related function.
  • Experience with wholesale, distribution, or pharmaceutical contracting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
