Supply Chain Planner

  • Create and share Supply Plan to internal Chateaudun factory for Dry portfolio and External Manufacturers Liodry and Boost; to enable volume growth and service delivery (95% Target with 98,5% stretch) at optimal costs and cash (stocks) over the mid to long term (4 weeks to 2 years).
  • Ownership of the Capacity and demand balance for the assigned portfolio over the entire S&OP+ horizon
  • Use technical understanding to foresee potential risks (currently not visible) and mitigate them effectively.
  • Delivery of weekly feasible production plan for the factory scheduling based on the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
  • Drive continuous improvement of their own contribution in the end to end supply planning area
  • Owns and drives the roadmap for service and stocks for their assigned factory to enable delivery of the operating plan and supply chain strategy based on system data.
  • Using technical expertise to reconcile supply capacity with the demand from the markets and championing work-streams with value stream managers/Ops managers, IEs and markets to overcome any mismatch - based on experience, End to End Supply Chain understanding and technical / systems capability.
  • Central point of communication between the Markets and the Factories on the impact of any Demand or Supply constraints.
  • Responsible for resolving any demand balancing conflicts within agreed rules or escalating when needed - using escalation protocol
  • Effective introduction of new products (or discontinuations) through collaboration with Site Activity Manager and ATG to ensure successful launch (customer service, optimal stocks, minimal NQCs)
  • Ensure that all risks to supply (visible or not) are highlighted/discussed and appropriate actions taken in S&OP forums
  • Use Planning System Blue Yonder, Weekplan and SAP for which training (Video's and In-person) and hand-over will be provided
  • Central point of communication between the Markets and the Factory on the impact of any Demand or Supply constraints
