Quality Manager

• 6 month contract
• Zoetermeer / Hybrid function
• Start date: mid august

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform supplier audit, manage audit scheduled, and follow up audit findings to closure
• Manage supplier corrective action request and follow-up, ensure robust RCA, and drive SCAR to closure
• Perform supplier monitoring, track and report KPI, act as an escalation point and be a bridge between NMD and the suppliers, and support review of supplier quality issues (servicing data, complaint handling data, and others)
• Support selection and approval of supplier, alongside with C&P (Sourcing)
• Support engineering changes and projects, including product testing and validation documentation from suppliers, assess supplier changes, and impact in product and processes
• Support and manage ownership of supplier quality management processes within the QMS
• Support queries from stakeholders related to supplier quality and ensure alignment between technical, quality, and business priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience in Supplier Quality Management or Quality Engineering
• Experienced in Medical Device manufacturing/processes or similar OR minimum 2-3 years in industries such as pharma, medical device or highly regulated industry (i.e., automotive, aerospace)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR
• Engineering, bachelor preferred
• Proof experience performing supplier quality audits
