Support role for Central Inventory Team for the Maintenance and Engineering Team at Amgen.

Tasks:

  • Support ensuring accurate inventory management of spare parts for ABR
  • Execute cycle count according to Amgen policies and procedures
  • Assist in receiving incoming spare parts, conducting basic inspections for quality and quantity and ensuring proper storage and labelling.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of all spare parts including stock levels, usage and replenishment need.
  • Participate and support 5S activities for spare part rooms.
  • Work closely with inventory specialist to align on daily tasks and progress.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles and process.
  • Experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail orientation and good communicator, ability to follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred
  • Experience in Maximo (IBM) preferred
  • Experience in GMP environment preferred
