• Work Location: Amersfoort (Stationsplein) for 2 days per week rest can be done from home
• Fluent Dutch & English
• 28/32 hours per week

We're looking for an Interim Global Employer Branding Specialist to support different initiatives for the duration of 4 months. You will support and optimize our current global campaigns, manage and create social media content, and build compelling career site landing pages that bring our EVP to life. This role is hands on, fast moving, and essential to keeping our global Employer Brand consistent, engaging, and future ready.

What you will do

• Campaign management and optimization for current employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns;
• Manage our global content calendar and content creation; experience with social media channels LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok;
• Create high quality social media content (copy, visuals, short-form storytelling) that strengthens our employer brand and drives engagement - testing out new formats;
• Develop and update career site landing pages, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and strong EVP activation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional Employer Brand teams to support local activation and ensure global consistency.
• Use analytics and insights to improve campaign performance, social engagement, and digital experience.

What you bring

• Strong experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Brand or Communications
• Proven ability to create social content and manage multi channel calendars
• Experience with career sites, landing pages, and digital candidate journeys
• A hands on, creative mindset with the ability to execute quickly and with quality
• Comfort working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders
• A data driven approach to optimizing content and campaigns
• Fluent in English
