Rebecca Nainan wins Best Recruitment Consultant at the Global Recruiter Awards 2018

Passionate and dedicated to her profession, Rebecca Nainan takes great pride in making a significant impact in the recruitment industry and strive to be a true medical affairs specialist.

In 2017, she was handpicked for a global initiative - #inspiredbyyou. This demonstrates the respect and recognition we have for the work of our customers and the wider industry – a real understanding of our clients’ objectives and our candidates’ motivations is core to place the right people in the right roles and contributing to the continued growth and development of the industry. She actively drove this in various ways from giving talks, organising networking events, as well as being actively involved in industry conferences.

In recognition for the good ethics and service she has provided to her clients and candidates alike, she was awarded APAC Best Net Promoter Score (NPS) Award in 2017.

We are thus extremely proud of her outstanding track record which led her to clinch the title as ‘Best Recruitment Consultant’ at the Global Recruiter APAC Awards 2018.

Astounded by this remarkable milestone, Rebecca shared:

“I was genuinely delighted to win this award. However, receiving this is not only through my own effort but the combined hard work of my incredible team and this award goes to them. I love what I do, and I am always inspired by the candidates and clients that I work with. I would also like to thank my mentors, and the team who gave me the support and guidance through my career journey.”

Proud of her achievement, her team too shared a few words:

“No surprises with the recognition Rebecca has been getting. She works tremendously hard and has done so since she joined us nearly 4 years ago. But the main   ingredient for her success alongside this work ethic is her passion for the job. Whether this is the effort she puts in with her team mates, the long lasting approach she has with candidates and clients or her all-round enthusiasm for the life science industry. Rebecca is inspired by the people she meets daily and the difference our customers make to families and communities by improving the treatment and care of patients. Looking forward to more stories from the people Rebecca place in new positions and the impact they have.” -  Mark O’Halloran, Senior Business Manager of SThree.

“It’s a very proud moment to see Rebecca on stage, winning that award. Her career has gone leaps and bounds and her success is attributed to her dedication and hard work in the last 4 years. Once again, a huge congratulations to her for winning Best Recruitment Consultant at the Global Recruiter Awards.  Continue to inspire those around you, Rebecca.” Manjit Kaur, Associate Business Manager of Real Life Sciences.
