Our main aim is to facilitate the recruitment process, and match our clients' job opportunities to the right candidates. In order to fulfil our legal and business obligations we collect your personal information via our website, information provided to our consultants, personal information in the public domain or via our affiliates. We collect only the personal information that we need such as your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and, if you are a Candidate, any additional information you supply to us on your CV.

We do not record but do monitor telephone calls between our employees and third parties for training and monitoring purposes. You may freely choose to give or refuse to give your consent.

The provision of your personal information may be mandatory in order to process your requests and for us to provide a service to you. If so, mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk or any equivalent on our on-line forms. Failure to provide mandatory information may prohibit Real Staffing Group from providing the requested service. Our servers are based in United Kingdom, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Policy and there is an adequate level of protection as required by law.
