REQUIRED: proficiency in Chinese to speak to offshore teams

Must also come from a leading AI focused company

What We're Looking For

• • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
  • Must be very hands on and technical day to day
  • Experience developing and maintaining engineering harness
  • Experience developing and maintaining AI coding
  • Strong background in fine-tuning models and working with modern AI frameworks
  • Proven ability to be deeply hands-on in coding and system development
  • Lead design and implementation of AI-driven systems and agent-based tools to enhance software development workflows
  • Architect and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines, including infrastructure, system design, and scalable solutions
  • Establish best practices for AI integration and guide adoption across the organization
  • Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and tools aligned with business and technical use cases
