We are seeking a Labeling Specification Specialist to support medical package labeling initiatives. This role involves creating, reviewing, and reproducing text for medical product labels, ensuring all labeling materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirements. The specialist will monitor changes in labeling regulations both in the US and internationally, and review promotional and commercial communication materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with supporting data.

Key responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating, and recommending improvements to labeling processes, quality, systems tools, and policies. The role requires attention to detail, particularly in proofreading labels, and experience with UDI data, QMS Agile, and data entry or coordination. The specialist will deliver and oversee projects from design through implementation, working independently with general supervision on moderately complex assignments. There may be opportunities to provide guidance to entry-level professionals and contribute to cross-functional project milestones.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite at the Rice Creek, MN location. Candidates should have practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in medical package labeling, typically obtained through a bachelor's degree (or equivalent as defined for degrees earned outside the United States) and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders to share information, status updates, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, organizational impact, and the ability to recommend enhancements to systems and processes to improve effectiveness within the job area.
