As part of SThree*, Real participates in a wide range of global CSR initiatives focused on "transforming lives through skills and work." As specialist recruiters, we use our expertise, skills and networks to help people from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds.
With the launch of the SThree Foundation in November 2016, we’ve been focusing more specifically on getting bright young people into the STEM industries.
In December 2017, we reached our £1 million fundraising target for SOS Children’s Villages supporting 35 life-changing projects and touching the lives of over 3,000 people around the world.
Real is also proud to be part of a life changing industry and actively supports global initiatives such as World Health Days, helping to fundraise and raise awareness around key health topics alongside our partners within the life sciences industry.
