SAP BTP Application Engineer (SAP S/4HANA Project)

Role Overview

As an Application Engineer, you will design, develop, and integrate business applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and modern development frameworks.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to transform business requirements into scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Design and implement scalable business solutions leveraging SAP cloud technologies
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Requirements gathering

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and scalability issues
• Stay current with emerging technologies in SAP, cloud computing, and application development

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
• 2+ years of software development experience using:
  • SAP ABAP
  • Java
  • JavaScript
• Experience developing and maintaining SAP S/4HANA extensions:
  • Side-by-Side Extensions (SAP BTP)
  • On-Stack Extensions (In-App)
• Experience developing SAP Fiori applications
