Role Overview

We're supporting a globally recognized organization within the advanced therapies sector in finding several GMP Manufacturing Specialists to strengthen their production team.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly controlled manufacturing environment focused on the production of innovative biological therapies. As part of a specialist operations team, you'll contribute to critical manufacturing activities involving living cellular materials while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.

This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in GMP manufacturing, cleanroom operations, aseptic processing, or cell-based production environments who are looking to further their careers within a rapidly growing life sciences sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute manufacturing operations within classified cleanroom facilities.
• Support the preparation, processing, cultivation, and handling of biological materials used in advanced therapeutic production.
• Follow approved manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately and in real time.
• Perform work using strict aseptic techniques and contamination control principles.
• Assist with material preparation, equipment setup, line clearance activities, and production readiness.
• Identify operational deviations, document findings, and support investigations where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• MBO, HBO, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating in cleanroom and aseptic processing environments.
• Exposure to mammalian cell culture, cell handling, tissue culture, biologics production, microbiological processes, or similar laboratory/manufacturing activities is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation practices, and procedural compliance.
• Ability to work carefully and accurately within highly regulated operating environments.
• Comfortable working within a rotating shift structure.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
