Your mission

As part of the Global Logistics Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end distribution of pharmaceutical products across international markets and act as the key contact for assigned countries.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Managing the order-to-delivery process for global markets
✅ Coordinating international shipments, transportation, customs, and delivery execution
✅ Ensuring product availability and supply continuity through proactive inventory and replenishment monitoring
✅ Collaborating with planning, QA, finance, warehouses, logistics providers, and commercial teams
✅ Managing returns, customer requests, investigations, CAPAs, and quality events
✅ Monitoring logistics KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Ensuring compliance with GDP, cold chain, and international logistics requirements

What we're looking for

✔ 5+ years of experience in international logistics, transportation, customer service, or supply chain operations
✔ Experience within pharma, healthcare, cold chain, or other regulated industries
✔ Strong SAP experience in logistics/supply chain environments
✔ Knowledge of transportation planning, customs processes, and global distribution operations
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and customer service mindset
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Fluent English (working language)
