SThree Foundation

As part of our commitment to CSR SThree is focused on developing the SThree Foundation. Our mission is to support bright young people from underprivileged and diverse backgrounds in the STEM industries.

In collaboration with our charity partner, Generating Genius, the Future Talent Programme was established to engage school students who have an interest in STEM and strong academics to help them to successfully transition into STEM higher education, jobs and apprenticeships.

Of all the students we support, we want to ensure that 60% or more are female to address the current gender imbalance going into these sectors.

Future Talent Programme

In partnership with Generating Genius, a London-based charity, the SThree Foundation has started its activities by supporting 50 A-Level students, aged 16 - 18 from diverse backgrounds over two years.

We will be offering these students SThree workshops to understand emerging trends and opportunities in STEM. We will also be working with our partners to provide week-long insight placements during the 2017 school holidays. If you would like to be involved, please contact Head of CSR, Marie Broad, and commit to making a difference by addressing the future skills gap.

Supporting STEM Industries

The SThree Foundation is established under the Charities Aid Foundation - registered charity number: 268369.

With over 30 years of experience as a specialist STEM recruitment company, SThree is well placed to identify trends, monitor skills gaps and facilitate involvement across our sectors. SThree is dedicated to supporting the Foundation in its mission by providing funding and collaborating with our partners.

"We need to act now to ensure we identify the key talent of tomorrow. We have a responsibility to ensure that we make career opportunities available to diverse talent for innovation and sustainable growth, and to help change young lives."

Gary Elden OBE, SThree CEO.
