Logistic - Planner

As a Logistics Planner / Key User, you are responsible for overseeing the full production planning cycle, from material availability to execution and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end production planning process

• Develop and maintain the weekly production schedule, considering capacity, maintenance, and ongoing projects

• Coordinate material availability with procurement and ensure timely supplier deliveries

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels in ERP systems and on the production floor

• Organize transportation for samples and finished goods to customers

• Act as a central point of contact between production, QA, maintenance, and external stakeholders

• Anticipate demand changes and translate them into actionable production plans

• Communicate constraints, risks, and delays proactively

Key User & Continuous Improvement Role

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and logistics processes

• Design, test, and implement new workflows, tools, and reporting structures

• Support system upgrades and improvements (ERP, BI tools, operational systems)

• Execute and document testing activities for system changes

• Support ongoing logistics and warehouse-related projects

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives (e.g. value stream mapping)

• Develop and update work instructions and training materials

• Support operational teams in adopting new processes and tools

Reporting & Compliance

• Create and maintain complex reports (e.g. stock flow analysis)
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational standards
• Follow all procedures and guidelines related to quality and operational excellence
